Scarlett led the Property and Development team while she working for an international recruitment firm specializing in the Real Estate industry. Her last role prior to the launch of SCARLETT CONSULTING was as the Associate Director.

Scarlett is an expert in her field and has a strong network and a predominantly referral-based business. Scarlett has a long career in developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with Property clients and candidates across Hong Kong and the Greater China.
