With more than 14 years of experience in leadership advisory and executive search, Scarlett has a successful track record working with Real Estate clients in the Asian Pacific. Prior to founding SCARLETT CONSULTING, Scarlett led the Property and Development team while she working for an international recruitment firm specializing in the Real Estate industry. Scarlett is an expert in her field and has a strong network and a predominantly referral-based business.

Scarlett has a long career in developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with Property clients and candidates across Hong Kong and the Greater China.
